High Point is in North Carolina, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and High Point follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I went to this location and three people were working there and didn’t say hello to me, and were staring at me for a couple of minutes. Two were at the front counter and one person was in the drive thru. I can understand why the guy in the drive thru wasn’t talking to me but I had no idea why neither person in the front was not talking to me. I finally said my order after no one said anything to me for a while. The girl who was in front of me stared at me to acknowledge she heard me I guess but didn’t tell me the total of my order and was starting at me for a while after I said my order. I waited about a minute, expecting someone to say my total. No one ever said it, so I handed her my card. She took my card to another register by the drive thru and came back with my coffee. She didn’t say anything and just handed me my card and coffee. I was standing there waiting for some kind of communication, because I was not even sure if my payment was processed and never got my receipt. Then I asked for my receipt. She still didn’t say anything but laughed and went and got my receipt. I waited for some kind of communication and got nothing from her or the manager who was standing

Absolutely horrible location! They fail to acknowledge you when you pull up to the drive thru and then when you get to the window to pay the service is even worse. Rather than a pleasant interaction I was received with a blank stare, given crappy coffee that was not made correctly and then as I waited for the rest of my order I was told what was I waiting on and I asked for my food and the employee proceeded to catch an attitude. Top it off when I got home, my empanada definitely did not have bacon egg and cheese. It was empty and cold and my coffee tasted worse than gas station coffee. Absolutely pathetic establishment and employees.
